No. I work with professionals whose intelligence doesn't always translate into conventional formats, with or without a diagnosis, whether or not you're questioning one. What matters is your reality, not a label.

What if I don't know exactly what I want to work on?

That's exactly what the free, no-obligation 30-minute initial meeting is for. You don't need to arrive with a clear request: getting clear is the coach's job.

How does the initial meeting work, technically?

Over video, using the link you receive after booking. Camera on preferably, but whatever you're comfortable with. There's also a written option: describe your situation to info@adnevolution.ca and you'll receive a personalized reply with concrete leads, no call required.

Question 4

What happens after the meeting, if I want to take time to think?

Nothing is imposed. You receive a short written summary of the leads we discussed, and you come back to ADN Évolution Professionnelle if and when you wish.

Rates vary by format: a one-time session, an 8- or 12-session program, or an engagement for your organization. Prices for one-time sessions are listed on their pages. For the programs, the exact rate is presented to you during the free, no-obligation 30-minute initial meeting, once we've identified together what truly suits you. No surprises, no pressure, and flexible payment options are available.

Free support services or private coaching, which is right for me?

In Québec, there are free, well-established programs that support autistic and neurodivergent people on their path to employment. If you're still exploring what works for you and have some time ahead of you, these programs are a real resource, I encourage you to look into them.My work starts elsewhere. You already have a career underway, a position to land, a promotion to negotiate, a transition to navigate, a professional identity to position clearly. What you need is someone who sits down with you, now, and works on your situation: your interview, your career move, your next step. That's what I do, in one-on-one sessions, with no intake process, no cohort, no waiting list.
