This 30-minute meeting, free, over video, is exactly that: a first conversation, no strings attached, to see things clearly together. A real strategic exchange, nothing like a sales pitch. Who it's for: Professionals who break the mold: neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, giftedness) and atypical profiles, executives in transition or career change, and organizations that want to develop their talent through something other than standardized training. My approach: it starts with you I start from your strengths and your way of thinking, and we co-build your coaching together, in a space without judgment. Every journey is unique, because you are, an approach tailored for neurodivergent and atypical profiles. What happens during these 30 minutes: We get clear on what you truly want, beyond what "sounds good" to say. We look at your reality, unfiltered. And you leave with two or three concrete leads, even if what comes next happens without me.
