My story
I'm not particularly comfortable in public. I sometimes make social blunders and, let's be honest, I'm not always very photogenic.
What I do know how to do, however, is decode people. Specifically those who, like me, don't fit the mold.
Early in my career, I had my first business. It sank. I went bankrupt. That failure shaped my practice more than any success ever could. It taught me the mechanics of shame, the survival instinct, and the colossal energy we waste trying to conform at all costs.
Later, I spent many years in the banking sector. Not out of love for the system, but because I understood clients. I wasn't trying to convince: I was listening.
In that apparent calm, my brain would shift into "bionic analysis" mode, connecting patterns and blind spots that everyone else missed.
Then, we chose to stop everything for a while. My family and I traveled the world with our autistic child. It wasn't an escape, it was a total immersion to understand difference from the inside.
Today, I work with leaders and divergent minds. Those who feel out of step in rigid systems. People who don't need to be fixed, optimized, or formatted, just understood.
My coaching isn't polished, it's precise. It reveals your own hidden treasures.
Perfectly atypical, profoundly formidable.
Because difference, once understood, becomes a strategic strike force.
