Too big? Too bold? No. Just aligned.

You’ve probably been there.
You talk about a project that lights you up. You believe in it deeply. It’s your idea, your dream, your heart’s calling. You pour your energy and soul into it.
And then… you decide to share it with someone close to you. Someone you trust.
You expect a spark in their eyes, a “Wow, that’s amazing — go for it!”But instead?
Silence. A vague look. A lukewarm “Oh, that’s cool…”
And just like that, without realizing it, doubt creeps in.
You start asking yourself:
Am I dreaming too big? Am I completely off track? Did I just imagine this was a good idea?
Protecting your sacred fire
I’ve been there. More than once.
And I’ve come to understand something fundamental: Just because others don’t feel your fire doesn’t mean it’s not real.
Your project doesn’t need to be validated by everyone. It's for you.
It’s not their mission. It’s not their vision. It’s normal that they can’t see as clearly as you do. But that doesn’t mean you should stop believing.
What no one tells you about bold leaps
Changing careers. Launching a new project. Reorienting your path professionally or personally.
Whatever the shape of the leap...It always comes with discomfort. And with doubt.
And this is where your circle matters more than ever.
If you surround yourself with people who don’t understand your vision, your project might burn out before it even takes off.
But when you're surrounded by people who believe in you, who lift you up, who push you to take action, anything becomes possible.
The power of believing together
For me, no project is too big, too bold, or too ambitious…as long as it’s aligned with who you truly are.
And I say that from experience.
For years, I pursued one clear goal:
👉 Becoming a director at Desjardins.
It was my dream job. The one I went back to university for. The one I had set as my ultimate milestone. And I got it. I climbed the ladder. I was proud.
But one day, a new vision emerged. And I made the decision to step away, with my family to live a dream we had carried for a long time: To travel the world for a year.
It wasn’t an escape. It was a choice of the heart. A personal and family-aligned decision.
And you know what? Even that dream, as beautiful as it was, shook me. Because every time you follow a new vision, doubt is never far behind.
But coming back from that year of discovery, one thing had become crystal clear: I wanted to create from the person I had become. I wanted to build something that reflected me, to help others do the same.
And most of all, when I returned, I thought of someone who had played a key role in my journey:
The person who, at the very beginning of my career, saw something in me I couldn’t yet see. The one who believed in me before I could believe in myself.
The one who challenged me with kindness, lifted me, and gave me space to grow.
That mentor had a massive impact on my path. And today, that’s exactly what I want to embody.
To be that steady presence. To offer that gaze that uplifts and encourages. To hold space for bold, aligned, ambitious visions.
Who she was for me, I now choose to be for those I coach.
My role today
I’m not here to say “yes” to everything. I’m not here to flatter you or tell you what you want to hear. And I’m certainly not here to impose a path that isn’t yours.
To make sure your project comes from the right place.
And to support you in taking action, one step at a time.
Because dreaming is beautiful…But living your dream is what changes everything. And that, I know exactly what it feels like.
You deserve to experience this, too.
That feeling of being in the right place. Of waking up in the morning with a smile. Of tasting that deep, lasting sense of fulfillment.
And if you’re ready to make that leap, whether it’s a career change, a bold new project, or simply a realignment, know this:
You don’t have to do it alone.
My role is to believe in you .And most importantly, to help you take action.
Because dreams are beautiful…But realized projects? They taste even better. 😉
And I promise you this: When you cross your own finish line, my eyes will be shining with pride.
Because your success won’t just be a beautiful idea…It will be a lived, celebrated, fully embodied victory.
